AGEM Unveils New Leadership Structure

(Las Vegas).- The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) is pleased to announce the implementation of a new organizational structure, featuring a President & Chief Executive Officer and an elected Board of Directors. This enhanced structure will better serve the needs of AGEM and its members as the organization continues to grow and evolve within the global gaming supplier sector.

Parente, who also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer for Light & Wonder, said, “We believe this structure will serve AGEM members and the supplier sector well. Daron was brought in to help build upon the AGEM foundation and pursue new initiatives to advocate for our supplier industry interests in various forums. His prior background and executive experience will be important as we embark on this natural progression for AGEM as the trade association for the global gaming supplier community.” In addition, Parente noted that AGEM is developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to expand its Board composition to maximize the best Gaming industry talent
In addition to the above update, the AGEM Board of Directors outlined below shall continue serving current terms that will conclude on March 31, 2025:

AGEM is a non-profit international technology trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, iGaming / online, game content, table games, sports betting, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
